The 2023 Canadian Junior Hockey League season wrapped up last week in Portage, Manitoba. The Centennial Cup is the coveted trophy over 100 Junior A ranked teams chase every year and only one gets to take it.
The past few seasons it has been all Brooks Bandits as the powerhouse from the AJHL has won back to back championships leading into 2023.

Brooks looked ready to make another run and they sure did not disappoint, winning every game including shutouts in the semi-final and finals where the Bandits took the Centennial Cup by a 4-0 score.

The Brooks Bandits have won the title 3 times in a row becoming the CJHL powerhouse and once again defending the title heading into 2023/2024
The GOJHL Sutherland Cup Finals have also wrapped up with the Leamington Flyers reigning supreme as they take down Stratford Warriors to secure the clubs first title in franchise history.

The Leamington Flyers then shocked the junior hockey world as they announced their plans to join the Ontario Junior Hockey League as an expansion franchise. This news coming days after winning the Jr B title.
The Schmalz Cup finals wrapped up for the Jr C ranks in then PJHL. THE 2023 Schmalz Cup Champions is the Wellesley AppleJacks. The Apple Jacks secured a 3-2 victory to secure the teams first Schmalz Cup title.
