This edition of the Jr Hockey Round Up will get you caught up on the latest news surrounding the Ontario Junior Super League (OJSL)
The Ontario Junior Super League made a big step as a league on October 30th, 2020. The OJSL announced that they had come to agreement with the town of Shelburne as a hub for the 2020-2021 OJSL season. The Center Dufferin Recreation Complex will be the hub arena for the league beginning November 14th, 2020.
The OJSL announced there start date for the 2020-2021 season and their inaugural season as November 14th. Games will begin the following weekend of November 20th, the 14th will be media day for players, staff and local media outlets.
The OJSL kept coming with more news and a big splash for those that are devoted to kids pursuing university or college hockey. The Ontario Junior Super League announced their partnership with the College Hockey Family Advisor group (CHFA)under Josh Gratton former NHL Pro and Darryl Wolski. The MVP of the OJSL will earn a free contract with the CHFA when pursuing University or Pro options.
