
The Collingwood Colts make a couple roster moves following the new coaching change. The Colts have traded forward Ryan Smith to the French River Rapids in the NOJHL. The Colts Followed that move with the acquisition of forward Patrick Brown from the North Bay Battalion in the OHL.

Patrick was a 2016 7th round selection of the North Bay Battalion and has spent the past two season in the OHL. He will bring major junior experience along with speed, size and skill. Brown stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs in at 200 pounds. A big body that the Colts will be happy to have on their side as the season goes on.
Patrick will join the Colts in their inaugural season and will be looked upon as a leader with his major junior hockey experience. The Colts are currently in third place in the North Division. Trailing the Markham Royals and Stouffville Spirit.
